Planning and regulations drawings package for extensions/alterations to an existing 1-3 bedroom home.
Prices for drawing packages comprising: a measured survey, planning drawings (incl. drawing amendments), submission of a planning application (excl. application fee) and building regulations drawings (excl. structural design), our prices are:
£1,200 for projects comprising any one of the below typical construction projects.
£1,800 for projects comprising any two of the below typical construction projects.
£2,400 for projects comprising any three of the below typical construction projects.

1. Ground floor extension(s) and/or alterations
2. First floor extension(s) and/or alterations
3. Loft conversion with or without roof extensions

Building regulations drawings only
From £600 for upgrading planning drawings of a 1-3 bedroom home.
Measured survey drawings only
From £600 for floor plans and elevations of a 1-3 bedroom home.

We can refer you to trusted structural engineers and builders.
Value added tax
We keep our overheads low, and therefore do not charge VAT on top of our fees, to pass on the saving to you.
Typical planning drawings process
Our method of producing and submitting planning drawings in five easy steps has been developed to offer our clients a fast and simple stress free process.
1. Research and quote
You email us your project address and development description, so we can check planning constraints online and provide you a quote.
2. Site visit and survey
We visit your property to undertake a measured survey and discuss design details.
3. Measured survey drawings
We produce the measured survey drawings of the existing layout, and ask you for a design brief.
4. Planning drawings
We produce the planning drawings and building regulations drawings of the proposed layout, then amend them if required by you.
5. Planning application submission
We submit a planning application as your agent, send you a link to pay the council fee, and amend the drawings if required by the planning department.
