Planning package
Measured Survey Drawings + Planning Drawings
Your architectural designer personally visits your property to carry out the measured survey, discuss your ideas and prepare the drawings and planning application.
Includes
- Personal visit by your architectural designer to measure the property and discuss the proposed design
- Existing plans and elevations as required
- Proposed plans and elevations
- Site location and block plans as required
- Preparation and submission of the planning application
- Liaison with the local authority
- Reasonable drawing revisions
If suitable existing survey or planning drawings are provided: reduced package price from £950 + VAT.
Structural calculations from £950 + VAT. They are additional to the Draw & Plan drawing/package fees.
Application fees are additional.
Building Regulations package
Measured Survey Drawings + Building Regulations Drawings
Your architectural designer personally visits your property to carry out the measured survey, assess the proposed work against the existing building and prepare the drawings and specification for Building Regulations approval.

- Personal visit by your architectural designer to measure the property and discuss the proposed design
- Existing plans and elevations as required
- Proposed Building Regulations drawings
- Construction details as required
- Building Regulations specification
- Drainage information as required
- Reasonable drawing revisions
