Structural engineer
Where structural calculations are required, we coordinate the structural design with our affiliated structural engineer so that it aligns with our drawings.
Typical structural engineering fees
- Load-bearing wall removal — from £225
- Single-storey extension — from £395
- Two-storey extension — from £495
- Loft conversion — from £595
Structural engineering fees are quoted and charged separately by the engineer. No VAT is added.
